Well-Being Insights was formed by Lynda-Maree Bavin, PhD, who is passionate about helping others apply practical and science-backed techniques to sustain new behaviours that can enhance physical health and emotional well-being.

Well-Being Insights reviews the latest scientific studies and shares insights about practical ways to enhance health and happiness.  We are a new organisation, launching in 2019.  Follow us on our journey of helping others to live happier and healthier lives.  Eating Healthier: Making the Change Workshop

Well-Being Insights’ first product is the ‘Eating Healthier: Making the Change‘ workshop and follow-up program.  Attendees learn practical and science-backed strategies that can make it easier (and more enjoyable!) to start and stick to eating healthier – for better health, improved weight control, more energy, and greater happiness.

Our upcoming Weight Loss Strategies in Action online course will be ideal for those who are:
