Well-Being Insights is a new organisation, launching in 2019. Follow us on our journey to help others to live happier and healthier lives. Subscribe to our e-newsletter for practical tips and the latest research findings on improving well-being.
Well-Being Insights was founded by Lynda-Maree Bavin, PhD, who is passionate about helping others change behaviors and habits that can impact health and happiness. Lynda-Maree has worked as a research fellow, university lecturer and course director, and has previously volunteered as a part-time lifeline counsellor. She has a PhD in psychology (with a focus on health psychology and entertainment-education), has presented at international academic conferences, and is an author on over 10 studies/articles published in scientific journals.
Lynda-Maree is a formal executive committee member of the Australasian Society of Behavioural Health and Medicine. Lynda-Maree spends time each week keeping up-to-date on the latest published research in health psychology and well-being so that she can share exciting and promising findings with you. One of Lynda-Maree’s strengths is her ability to analyse the validity of research studies, rather than just taking the published results on face value.
Lynda-Maree also provides research support and consulting to academics and universities/colleges. To discuss potential research and consulting work with Lynda-Maree, please email lynda@wellbeing-insights.com
